Engineering Specialists in
CNC Turning
We currently utilise a Haas TL2 which enables us to perform a variety of complex machining processes as well as the ability to machine large quantities whilst maintaining very tight tolerances.
Manual Vertical Milling
Currently we have 4 Manual vertical milling machines, 2 KRV3000, 1 Condor and a Belvoir Mill, this gives us the flexibility to perform a large number or milling operations on serveral machines at once, therefore minimising the turn around time to the customer.
CNC Milling
Our CNC miller that we currently use is a Haas TM1, this enables us to perform almost any profile and machine high quantity volume work to a very high standard both in finish and tolerance.
Fabrication
We are capable of performing several different types of fabrication methods, these include Mild and Stainless steel Mig welding, Aluminium, Mild and Stainless steel Tig Welding. Stick welding Mild steel and Cast iron and Silver solder brazing.
Manual Centre Lathe Turning
With 3 Colchester triumph 2000 lathes and a Colchester Mastiff measuring 3 meters long at our disposal, we are well equipped to deal with all of your specialist turning needs.
Additional Services
As well as a machine shop we offer many other services such as Sand Blasting, Hydraulic Pressing, Keyway Broaching, Radial Drilling, Bending and Guillotining Sheet Metal and general bench fitting work.
